Buy the function, not the seats.
One flat price for the whole organization: the live workshops, the course library, the programs at cohort pricing, and the agents that run the administration. A month is one month, charged once, with nothing renewing on its own. A year is paid up front with two of the twelve free.
Three fields, then Stripe. The card never touches us, and you see the total before anything is charged.
How many people work there
More than 2,500 employees? The price is set with you rather than published, usually with private cohorts in it. Talk to us.
Not buying yet? The compliance library is free for every employee at any company size, with no card. .
What the price covers
Everything, and the one thing that is missing.
The bands differ by headcount and nothing else. There is no higher tier holding a feature back, and no implementation fee, because there is no implementation.
- Every employee of the organization. Not seats. Adding people inside your band costs nothing and needs no approval from us.
- 136 courses across 4 libraries. 56 of them are the compliance library, which is free at any company size whether you buy this or not.
- Live workshops on Microsoft Teams, from the calendar further down this page, open to anyone who works for you.
- Cohort programs at cohort pricing. Program seats are the one thing still priced per participant, because a facilitator and a fixed room are behind them.
- Morgan sets the organization up from a spreadsheet: people, roles, assignments, invitations. Nobody on your side opens an admin panel.
- Coach Taylor prepares a person before a session and follows up after, on the situation they are actually in.
Not built yet
Nothing chases anybody. Scheduled reminders are on the roadmap and are not in the product, so follow-up happens when a person asks Coach Taylor for it. We would rather you read that on the page where you pay than find it in month two.
Being early
The client list is short. That is worth something to you.
Thrive is new. The programs are not. The same people have run Fundamentals of Leading People for organizations like John Ball Zoo for three years. What is new is the function built around them, and while the list of companies on it is short, being on it buys four things it will not buy later.
None of them is a promise about your results. Nobody can promise you a better manager in four weeks. These are the things we control, which is why we will put them in writing.
- 01
The price is published, not quoted.
Every band is on the pricing page and the same three numbers are what checkout charges. Nobody is quoted a different figure for arriving early or late, and there is no discount to negotiate for, because there is no list price to discount from.
- 02
You set the build order.
Name a course or a live topic we do not have. The library is one hundred thirty-six courses today and the next ones are chosen from what clients ask for, in the order they ask. What gets built for you goes into the library for every company that comes after.
- 03
The founder is in the room.
Scoping, your first cohort, and the call on what gets built next happen with the person who designed the programs. That holds while the client list is short, which is the whole reason to be on it early.
- 04
What is missing is written down.
Scheduled reminders are not built. Coach Taylor answers when a person asks, and nothing chases them yet. Reminders are on the roadmap. A company that tells you what is missing before you pay is worth believing about the rest.
- What a month and a year actually bill, and what happens if you stop, is written out on the terms page in the same plain language as this.

Still deciding
Nobody has to buy this from a form.
ARIA quotes the same numbers this page does. Both read the pricing module, and a test fails if the two ever disagree, so the figure you hear in a conversation is the figure you see here. The form exists because some buyers have already decided and should not have to hold a conversation to spend money.
