By accessing or using Thrive Talent Development's AI-powered learning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Thrive Talent Development provides an AI-powered talent development platform that includes personalized learning experiences, AI agents (ARIA and Morgan), training content, progress tracking, and analytics. Our service is designed to help organizations develop their workforce through intelligent, adaptive learning experiences.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent

Subscription and Payment

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

Free Trial

• Free trials are limited to one per person or organization
• Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial period ends

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Access and use the platform for legitimate learning and development purposes
• Share content within your organization as permitted by your subscription
• Provide feedback and suggestions for platform improvement

Prohibited Uses

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's servers or networks
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

AI Agents and Content

AI-Generated Content

Our AI agents (ARIA and Morgan) provide personalized guidance and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should not be considered as professional advice. Users should verify important information independently.

Training Content

• All training content is provided for educational purposes
• Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not redistribute or resell our training content
• We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time

Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Thrive Talent Development and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Privacy and Data

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
