ADA Anti-Discrimination
An employee-facing course on the Americans with Disabilities Act: what range of conditions counts as a disability, how to talk about a coworker's disability, how to ask your own employer for a reasonable accommodation, and how to work alongside colleagues of all abilities. It runs on scripted workplace scenarios rather than legal instruction.
Part of the compliance library: free for every employee at any company size.

What you will learn
- Identify the conditions covered by the ADA, including non-visible conditions and recovery from a substance use disorder
- Choose person-first wording when a coworker's disability comes up in conversation
- Describe how to request a reasonable accommodation and how to respond when an employer proposes an alternative
- Recognize what counts as a reasonable accommodation, including how a request to bring an animal to work is handled
Talk to ARIA
Ask what you would ask us.
ARIA works the way a good first call works. She asks who is involved and what should change, recommends the closest starting point, quotes the real price, and hands you to a person when you want one.
