Who it is for
Professionals who want to grow faster with guidance from people ahead of them, especially those early or mid-career or going through a transition. A good fit for anyone who has thought about finding a mentor but wasn't sure how to ask.

This lesson is written from the mentee's side: how to find, approach, and work with mentors. The leadership courses' mentorship lesson covers the other side, how to mentor others well.

What if my company has no formal mentoring program?
The lesson assumes you may need to find mentors yourself. It focuses on identifying and approaching people directly, which works with or without a formal program.
