The talent development function is priced by headcount: $399/month up to 100 employees, $799/month for 101 to 500, $1,499/month for 501 to 2,500. Fundamentals of Leading People is $1,000 per seat for the public cohort, on top of the platform band.
Can training be part of a Going PRO Talent Fund plan?
Under the FY26 Going PRO Talent Fund rules, leadership training counts only as a component of a plan that also includes technical hard skills training. Ask your Michigan Works! representative whether a plan qualifies.
How is training delivered?
Sessions run live on Microsoft Teams. The next public Fundamentals of Leading People cohort starts January 11, 2027. Any program can also run as a private cohort for your company alone, on dates set with you.
