What they learn
Four weeks, in the order the job asks for it.
Week 1: Awareness of Self and Others. Week 2: Leading Individuals. Week 3: Leading Teams. Week 4: Leadership Skill Building.
Each week: a short theme film, a live session with a facilitator, applied work on the participant\u2019s real role reviewed by our team, a 1-on-1, and a cohort debrief.

$1,000 per participant for the public Fundamentals of Leading People cohort, on top of the platform band. For the whole organization, the talent development function is priced by headcount: $399/month up to 100 employees, $799/month for 101 to 500, $1,499/month for 501 to 2,500.
Can we run it for our company only?
Any program can also run as a private cohort for your company alone, using your situations as the applied work, on dates set with you. Private cohorts are priced per participant and quoted with the dates.
Where does it happen?
Live on Microsoft Teams. The applied work happens inside the supervisor’s own job.
